Bring coverage for the equipment you rent

For direct equipment-only rentals, the renter arranges insurance covering the confirmed kit for its full replacement value throughout pickup, use, and return. Rental payment does not purchase insurance. You can request a quote while you arrange coverage; we review it before enabling payment.

Instructions for your broker

Ask your broker to list 511 Films LLC as loss payee for rented-equipment coverage and arrange the additional-insured endorsement for liability required by your quote. Your broker should send the certificate and applicable endorsements to hello@werz.ai, with your name and rental dates. We will confirm any address and exact wording your broker needs.

The insured renter must match the person or company entering the rental agreement. The equipment limit must be sufficient for the confirmed kit and account for other equipment sharing the same policy limit. We review deductibles, exclusions, and the permitted use with the supporting documents. A certificate alone does not change the policy.

What happens next?

1. Choose equipment and dates, and send a rental request.
2. We confirm the kit, replacement value, and the insurance requirements for your rental.
3. Your broker supplies proof of coverage. Our team reviews it and follows up if anything is missing.
4. Once approved, review your rental terms and pay. Bring the agreed identification for pickup and complete the equipment condition check.

Need insurance for one shoot?

You can arrange a short-term rented-equipment policy directly with an insurer or broker. Check that the proposed policy meets your quote requirements before buying it. If you need help finding the right booking route, contact us before paying.

Drone rentals

Drones require a separate review of equipment and aviation-related coverage for the intended use. Do not assume a camera-equipment policy covers a drone. Pilot services are not included.

At pickup and return

We confirm the authorized person, equipment list, accessories, and condition together. Deposits, cancellation, late-return, and damage terms are set out in your confirmed agreement before payment.
