Rates & rental days

Listed prices are equipment rental estimates in US dollars. Dates are interpreted in Pacific time. The selected pickup and return dates both count as rental days. Weekly pricing applies automatically when it is lower than the daily total. The final quote specifies included accessories, pickup and return times, taxes, and any additional charges.

Confirmations & availability

A request is not a confirmed reservation. We confirm equipment availability before approval. Approved quotes hold the gear for 24 hours for payment. If the hold expires, please request a new quote.

Pickup, returns & cancellations

Pickup is by appointment in Fresno. The rental agreement supplied with your quote sets out pickup, return, cancellation, damage, insurance, and any deposit requirements. These details are provided before payment; ask us if anything is unclear.

Changes

Contact us before changing rental dates or kit contents. A refund or cancellation is handled by our team under your agreed terms. Do not assume a payment refund changes your rental dates automatically.
